POSTAGE AND RETURNS
The price you see on the item page is the price you pay* - no nasty surprises of 'hidden' P&P added at checkout. Plus, often on multiple orders - there will be a postage refund - (see # below for details)
*Inclusive postage covers 'non-remote' UK addresses on the UK Mainland ONLY - please use Contact Ann to ask for a quote if you believe you are considered 'remote' by courier companies (sadly this includes some of the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland)

Items are shipped via a courier and should arrive within 4 working days* of the order being received, frequently faster. (*excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank-holidays)
Items made-to-order may take up to 7 days more to allow for time to make them.
I carefully pack all goods by hand to ensure maximum security during transit. Insurance over the default value covered by the Royal Mail is available upon request and at additional charge.
Unfortunately sometimes fragile and heavy goods like these do get damaged in the post, should this happen then please contact me straight away. For the claims form I will need to know the date the parcel arrived and at what time, your home phone number, photographs of the packaging and the broken items, with a description of any damage to the packaging in the vicinity of the damage to the item, if at all possible, and for you to hold on to both packaging and damaged item for at least two weeks. I will replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
# Sometimes, on multiple orders, there is a saving on postage costs when packed together - when this happens it is my policy to refund the difference - usually after delivery has been achieved. Please keep your Google-account long enough for this to be done.
annmade reserves the right to up-grade the postage to a 2 day courier service in the case of some large or heavy orders where the costs can be covered within the postage paid, with any residual postage paid being refunded to the purchaser.

Overseas customers who wish to pay with any currency other than the British pound must Contact Ann stating the order and asking for a Payment Request to be sent which will handle the currency differences
I am happy to accept returned goods with full refund in the following cases:
- Goods which differ substantially from those described
- Faulty clock mechanism found on arrival
and with refund of value of goods, excluding postage, packaging and checkout fees, in the following cases:
- Unused, undamaged, unwanted items - in original packaging, if appropriate, (except personalised items) as per distance selling regulations.
Return postage is non-refundable
Please note: for any refund it is essential that you keep your google-checkout / paypal account open.
Before you return your goods, contact AnnMade to obtain a Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA) number.
Returned items will not be accepted without an RMA number (see above)
Please be sure to enclose with the item a note with your name, address, reason for return and your RMA number
