Annmade will package and post your order as soon as possible.
Annmade uses a courier as its delivery service
Annmade is located in a small Cornish village and as such posting takes place only Monday to Friday - excluding bank-holiday Mondays
Inclusive postage covers 'non-remote' UK addresses only on the UK Mainland - please use Contact Ann to ask for a quote if you believe you are considered 'remote' by courier companies (sadly this includes some of the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland)
It is annmade policy to use recycled and / or recyclable materials for postage and packing whenever possible
Goods are packaged as well as possible to prevent damage in transit
If there is a problem with delivery, annmade will contact you to give a new expected delivery time and confirm your order.
With annmade there is no 'last stage' added postage and packing costs - the price you see is the price you pay.**
**Sometimes, on multiple orders, there is a saving on postage costs when packed together - when this happens it is my policy to refund the difference - usually after delivery has been achieved**
Annmade reserves the right to up-grade the postage to a 2 day courier service in the case of some large or heavy orders where the costs can be covered within the postage paid, with any residual postage paid being refunded to the purchaser.

*Once you are registered with Google Checkout you go on to use your Mastercard/ Visa/ Maestro/Solo card. You can cancel the google-checkout account once the purchase has been shipped if you wish - however if you have ordered multiple items please do not do this until one week from shipping as, if I am able to refund you some postage, the account still needs to be open to do this.

Alternatively you may pay by cheque (allowing time for your cheque to be cleared before dispatch) or postal order. Please make out to annmade and send to Radland, St. Dominick, Saltash,
Business customers may also arrange to pay by BACS, or by instant bank transfer; go to 'contact ann' to discuss this type of arrangement.
