To up-grade postage FROM Royal Mail Standard Parcels (usually 3 - 5 working days - though unfortunately sometimes more) as included in item price

TO UPS 2 day Tracked Courier postage.

Please be aware that UPS do not collect or deliver on Saturday or Sunday with this service. Also that I must order collection before 9am for the same day collection in my area so would need your order before 7am to allow for packing and weighing. A phone number must be supplied, via Contact Ann,

 If you are having it delivered to an address other than your home address (ie Work address), please use Contact Ann to confirm this when you order so we do not lose time with me emailing you to check.

As you know I really try to give good value to my customers and most of the time this is by using Royal Mail as my delivery system, however, there are times when speed is of the essence and you may choose to pay more for this. This is a service to customers, provided without profit to annmade
£8.50 is the amount needed for an Up-Grade on my most often dispatched weight of parcel (as I do not normally use these services occasional use costs more) - however, where the combined amounts (included postage + upgrade) exceed the costs of delivery I shall refund the difference - where they do not meet the full cost of this delivery service I shall bear the extra costs.

If you are ordering 4 or more products and wish to have an up-grade to courier, please DO NOT use this service but use Contact Ann, listing the items, and I shall work out an accurate delivery rate for you.
