DODECAGON SLATE CLOCK

Dodecagon Slate Clock     

I always use an attractive piece of re-claimed slate for this unusual design. The hour markings take nothing away from the beauty of the surface as they are marked only by the points on the outside of this twelve sided clock.

Reclaimed Slate
I like to use reclaimed Cornish slate for a number of reasons, primarily because the weathered look is extremely attractive and the variations on these old slates are unusual and can be very beautiful. Secondly, these slates have done good service on a roof for maybe hundreds of years and to recycle them in a new form saves on the environmental impact of my work and,of course, because they are Cornish.

This clock is fitted with a silent sweep quartz movement, with gold coloured hour, minute and second hands, and comes complete with a 1.5v battery, which will keep the clock running for approximately 2 years.  Has intergral hanger and support to hold clock parallel to your wall.
