2 QUATTRO SLATE PLATES / PLATTERS

The fabulous versatile Quattro!

Use these to add to your set of 4 Quattros to make a  6-in-1 Ingenious Cheese-board – four together being as large as the annmade Party Platter  -  a different cheese on each platter, so the cheese-board comes apart for each cheese to travel round the table independently.

Use them as a ‘side platters’ – for bread roll and butter, selection of crackers, perfect for neat starters or canapés, great as a platter for individual servings of cheese with room for 3 or four slices and garnish, what about as a fruit platter for a stylish dessert or even an elegant serving for biscuits or chocolates

Each Quattro is 20 cm x 14.5 cm and is hand crafted, filed, smoothed and oiled to produce a dark but individually patterned slate platter, each with it’s own natural undulations.

Designed to be used either way up, with the Classic clean-cut edges or the Laminar Classic, rough-cut edges showing

These do not have felt-pad feet so that they are fully washable with mild detergent and hand-hot water, the surface sheen can easily be restored from time to time by lightly oiling with warm olive oil and rubbing off excess.
