These slate platters (slate plates) will make a stunning show of your whole menu, for suitable Main courses, canapés, starters, desserts or cheese course

Uniquely, each annmade slate platter is hand polished to remove sharp edges yet retain the natural undulations of the slate, heat-treated and conditioned with olive oil to enhance their natural beauty. No other slate platter is made with such lavish care.

They are fully washable with mild detergent and hand-hot water and the surface colour may be restored from time to time by lightly oiling with warm olive oil and rubbing off excess. Dishwasher use not recommended.
